Operations Team: The Management Committee is supported by a small core team, including a Centre Manager and Play and Youth Workers. Who are further supported by sessional staff who are brought in on an ad hoc basis to ensure we maintain a legal and safe environment, especially during the busy periods.

Stronger Communities by strengthening community links with and between local partners, families and residents
To show our impact against these areas we use a combination of attendance data, questionnaires, focus groups and case studies as a means to gauge our overall performance. Independent external data is also useful to help plot change. We also use key indicators to measure our delivery towards achieving these goals.
